NicksHandiCloset is a unique free website that connect HMS students with disabilities who want to find, buy, sell or donate previously used handicapped equipment. HMS students who have limited insurance coverage and/or financial resources can use NicksHandiCloset to help them get what they need.

This is a user-driven database with entry, edit, delete and search capabilities. The exchange program is designed to facilitate transactions between parents whose students attend the HMS school for Cerebral Palsy. It is not for the sale or procurement of equipment by vendors or distributors.
NicksHandiCloset does not warrant the condition or terms of sale of any piece of equipment offered on the web site. NicksHandiCloset shall not be liable for any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses arising out of any actual or alleged injury, loss, or damage of any nature whatsoever in connection with the transaction or use of any piece of equipment purchased or donated via the web site. It shall be the responsibility of the donator/seller to provide accurate and detailed information about the equipment(s) specifications and condition to any donatee/buyer. NicksHandiCloset functions solely as an information-sharing communication channel.
NicksHandiCloset does not provide receipts for tax deductible charitable donations.
NicksHandiCloset does not provide storage, transfer or delivery services for handicapped equipment.
NicksHandiCloset reserves the right to edit or refuse listings based on the item description and condition. By accepting these terms, you agree to hold NicksHandiCloset harmless should you experience a problem with any transaction arising from this web site.
